While on vacation in France (lucky girl!), Gayle's thoughts were never too far from the upcoming ski season. She captured this storefront image of a Parisian ski bunny clad in snow white from hair to toe to skis! The red lips make a nice punctuation point. Take a closer look.... ![]() We don't recommend this goggle for a perfect view down the mountain, but how we love this bejeweled lens cover for apres ski and storage! Yours in bling, S.P. S.P. is on the road and has four different pairs of polarized sunglasses in hand. Gorgeous fall weather provides an opportunity to put these lenses to the test. The verdict: in alphabetical order, Costa, Oakley, Smirh ChromaPop, and Zeal all speak the truth when they spout about the quality of their polarized lenses. S.P. Is seeing clearly on the road, and the reason we carry these--and other excellent brands--are because they help us offer you a perfect view. Yours in shades, S.P. Remember the excitement, the possibilities that came with your new box of 64 Crayola crayons (with sharpener)? We felt that way during Day One at Vision Expo West where color was king: colorful frames and flash mirror lenses were abundant. We feel this colorful wave in eyewear will find us all feeling a little sharper. Yours in ROYGBIV, S.p. While we don't recommend placing your lenses face down on any surface,
S.P. sure enjoys the creativity of the artist who created these oversize frames! Caught the swimmers up close earlier this morning from my stand up paddle board and through Oakley polarized bronze lenses. Inspiring. Yours in shades, S.P. ![]() Do you have a pair (or two) of sunglasses from your past hiding somewhere in your home? Bring them out! Clean them up, and walk out your door in them today. If they are colorful, let them shine and keep your clothing low-key. If they are dramatic, do the same. If they are classic, wear them with anything! Shown at left are vintage Dior and Pucci sunglasses from the collection of Selima Salaun. S.P. truly loves sunglasses. And, we get excited about new frames and lenses that rock our world. Zeal has done just that by adding three new metals to their yummy Crafted Collection. Pairing stainless steel with Japanese wood and polarized lenses (not to mention a suede case), the results are Fairmont, Draper, and Barstow. And they will be available from Sunglass Panache this week. S.P. can't wait...
